Services

AI agents and automation for service businesses and startups: a fixed-price assessment, builds at a set monthly rate, and fractional engineering. Plus the website, app, and marketing an AI product launches on.

What we do

AI services

Three offers, in the order most clients use them.

1. AI Opportunity Assessment

A short, paid engagement that tells you where AI will actually pay off in your business, and where it will not. We look at how work really flows through your team, what data you already have, and which systems an AI agent would need to touch.

Best for: teams that know AI matters but do not know where to start, or that have tried a chatbot and been underwhelmed.

What you get

  • Workflow and data review with your team
  • Ranked list of automation candidates with expected payoff and risk
  • Integration and data-privacy requirements for each
  • A costed plan for the first build

Timeline: 2 to 3 weeks. Fixed price.

2. Agent & Automation Build

We take one workflow and ship it into production: an AI agent that qualifies and follows up with leads over email and SMS, an assistant that answers questions from your documents, a pipeline that reads and routes inbound paperwork. Built on your data, connected to the tools you already use, with evaluation and guardrails so you can trust what it does.

Best for: a business with a clear, repetitive, high-volume task and a person who owns the outcome.

What you get

  • A working agent or automation in production, not a demo
  • Integrations with your CRM, inbox, phone, or CMS
  • Evaluation suite and monitoring so quality is measured, not assumed
  • Admin tools, documentation, and a handoff runbook

Timeline: 4 to 8 weeks per workflow, in monthly sprints. Set monthly rate.

3. Fractional AI Engineering

An experienced AI engineer on your team for a set number of hours each month. We keep what we built running, extend it as your needs change, review your team’s AI work, and prototype the next idea before you commit budget to it.

Best for: companies and startups that need senior AI engineering judgment but not a full-time hire.

What you get

  • Monthly block of engineering time with a standing priority list
  • Operations, monitoring, and model or vendor updates for what we built
  • Architecture and code review for your own AI features
  • Direct access, no account managers

Timeline: monthly retainer, cancel any month.

For AI startups

Websites, web apps, and marketing for AI startups

Most of the founders we work with are launching an AI product, and a product needs a front door. We have built websites and web applications since 1999 and we still do, now mainly for companies whose core offering is AI.

Marketing sites

Fast, editable sites on WordPress or Drupal with structured data and answer-first content so both search engines and AI assistants can find and cite you.

Web applications

Customer-facing apps with authentication, billing, admin tools, and AI features built in, on Python or Next.js.

Launch marketing

Analytics, conversion tracking, SEO, and AI search visibility, so you know which channels bring customers and which ones just bring traffic.

Our approach

How we work

Start with the workflow, not the model

We map the real process first: who does what, where it stalls, what a good outcome looks like. The model choice comes last.

Measure before we trust

Every agent ships with an evaluation set and production monitoring. If we cannot measure it, we do not turn it on.

Leave you in control

Plain code in your repositories, your accounts with the model providers, and written runbooks. You can change vendors or engineers without starting over.

Have a workflow in mind?

Tell us what your team spends too much time on. We will tell you honestly whether AI can help.
